Informativa su Resi e Rimborsi

"Hai il diritto di annullare il tuo ordine entro 30 giorni senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.

Il termine per l'annullamento di un ordine è di 30 giorni dalla data in cui hai ricevuto la merce o in cui un terzo da te incaricato, che non sia il vettore, prende possesso del prodotto consegnato.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, devi informarci della tua decisione mediante una dichiarazione esplicita.

Ti rimborseremo entro e non oltre 30 giorni dal giorno in cui riceveremo la merce restituita. Utilizzeremo lo stesso mezzo di pagamento che hai usato per l'ordine e non dovrai sostenere alcuna spesa per tale rimborso.

Condizioni per i resi:

Affinché la merce possa beneficiare di un reso, assicurati che:

• La merce sia stata acquistata negli ultimi 30 giorni

• La merce sia nella confezione originale

I seguenti beni non possono essere restituiti:

La fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.

• La fornitura di beni che, per loro natura, non si prestano a essere restituiti, ad esempio beni che deteriorano rapidamente o la cui data di scadenza sia terminata.

• La fornitura di beni che non si prestano a essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e che sono stati aperti dopo la consegna.

• La fornitura di beni che, dopo la consegna, per loro natura, risultano mescolati in modo inseparabile con altri articoli.

Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare, a nostra esclusiva discrezione, il reso di qualsiasi merce che non soddisfi le condizioni sopra indicate.

Restituzione dei beni:

Sei responsabile del costo e del rischio della restituzione della merce presso la nostra sede. Devi spedire la merce al seguente indirizzo:

"Non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili per merci danneggiate o smarrite durante la spedizione di reso. Pertanto, raccomandiamo l'utilizzo di un servizio postale assicurato e tracciabile. Non siamo in grado di emettere un rimborso senza l'effettiva ricezione della merce o una prova della consegna del reso ricevuta."

Regali:

Se i beni sono stati contrassegnati come regalo al momento dell'acquisto e spediti direttamente a te, riceverai un credito regalo per il valore del tuo reso. Una volta ricevuto il prodotto restituito, ti verrà inviato un buono regalo per posta.

Se i beni non sono stati contrassegnati come regalo al momento dell'acquisto, o se chi ha fatto il regalo ha fatto spedire l'ordine a se stesso per consegnartelo in un secondo momento, invieremo il rimborso a chi ha effettuato l'acquisto.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
